Refund Policy

At Opus Inner Space Design, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every project we undertake meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and assurance to our clients regarding the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Refund Eligibility

  • Project Cancellation

    • If a client decides to cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.

    • For cancellations after the commencement of the project, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred by Opus Inner Space Design.

  • Unsatisfactory Work

    • If the client is not satisfied with the work delivered, they must notify Opus Inner Space Design within 7 days of receiving the work. We will review the concerns and, if deemed valid, will offer revisions to rectify the issues.

    • If the client remains unsatisfied after revisions, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and the reasons for dissatisfaction.

  • Non-Delivery of Services

    • In the rare event that Opus Inner Space Design fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stipulated timeframe, clients are entitled to a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if the client changes their mind after approving and signing off on the design concept or completed work.

  • Client Delays: Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., materials, subcontractors) that have already been committed or used are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Clients must submit a refund request in writing to info@opusdesign.in. The request should include the project details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or evidence.

  • Review and Decision: Opus Inner Space Design will review the refund request within 14 days of receipt. Clients will be informed of the decision via email.

  • Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days of the decision. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
